We use Packlink (Hermes, UPS and DPD) for parcel delivery.

If the shipment is showing as delivered but you have not received the item, please complete the attached Denial of Receipt form and submit a signed copy with in 24 hours of the shipment showing as delivered.

The claim will not be processed without a signed copy of the form
